The apartments are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and well-ventilated before every arrival. Hand sanitiser is available in all common areas and in each apartment. All staff are vaccinated, mindful of keeping a safe distance and operating under health and safety guidelines current at the time of visit.
House keeping will only be conducted when guests are out.
In order to ensure adherence to the above Check out should be by 11:00 and Check In after 15:00 unless otherwise arranged prior to arrival.
All our apartments are self-catering. There is a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities in apartment One and apartment Three has a full-sized kitchen. Kettles, toasters and coffee makers are standard in both of our apartments.
There are air-conditioning units in the apartments and constant hot water throughout the building. All bed and bath linens are provided and the apartments are serviced every other day, linens are changed every four days or upon request.
Apartment One has uses a large veranda overlooking the garden and Apartment Three’s balcony runs the entire length of the accommodation.
Our accommodation is ideal for families and independent travellers alike due to our proximity to the beach and transport links, and the plentiful outdoor space. Upon request we can provide cots, bed guards and high chairs. Whilst none of the apartments have a washing machine washing can be done if required at cost. There is a popular bakery is a minute away and a mini-market for basic food shopping. There is a choice of bigger supermarkets in the town, a newspaper shop and several banks with ATMs. If you are arriving on a Sunday or late at night when the shops will be closed then we would be happy to do food shopping for you so that you can relax on your arrival.
Prices for the apartments are calculated on time of visit, length of stay and number of guests staying in the apartment therefore they are variable. We have put a price guide for each apartment showing the price range, please contact us with your dates for an exact price.
