We also have a newly renovated small house located on the coast road below St Nicholas and Three Spetsiots churches on the way to the Old Harbour from the main port, fifteen minutes on foot. It is part of a private development of four houses which boast an elevated and uninterrupted sea view towards the lighthouse, the traditional boatyards of Spetses and the open sea. The property is accessed via steps that lead to the main gate of the development from where there is a marble staircase leading to the verandah at the front of the house.
The first floor of the house is an open plan double height room with a traditional wooden ceiling. The kitchen, which is ideal for preparing breakfast and light meals, includes a large fridge, simple cooking facilities, a washing machine and dishwasher along with everything needed for dining on the verandah. The seating area in the lounge centres around a large window facing the sea. A staircase leads down from the lounge to the two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned and both bedrooms also have ceiling fans if preferred.
All bed linens, bath and beach towels are provided along with cleaning of the house every two days.
